All pricing data displayed on CardIndex is aggregated from third-party marketplaces and public sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any pricing information.

Pricing data is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any card. You should independently verify pricing before making any purchase or sale decisions.

5. Intellectual Property

The CardIndex platform, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by CardIndex. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Trading card images, names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners (e.g., The Pokemon Company, Topps, Panini, Upper Deck). CardIndex does not claim ownership of any third-party intellectual property.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service through automated means without prior written consent.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers and networks connected to it.
Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes or to circumvent restrictions.

7. Limitation of Liability

CardIndex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to losses resulting from reliance on pricing data.
